Objective

The purpose consultation and validation session for the first baseline report against the revised DG NEAR Guidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in the Western Balkans and Türkiye, 2021-2027 is to present the main findings of the draft regional report and the IPA Beneficiary level report.

The reports are based on research that was conducted in 2022, including major surveys of civil society organisations and public authorities, a legal analysis and focus group discussions.

Method

Seven consultation sessions are being organised, one for each IPA Beneficiary in the region. All sessions will be held online. The sessions will be in English, with simultaneous interpretation in the local language(s) available.
