Representatives from European Policy Institute, North Macedonia participated in a study visit in Brussels in April, from 11 to 13 of April, organized in cooperation with the TEN – Think for Europe Network. The initiative was supported by EU TACSO 3 project as a part of its People to People P2P programme.

During the visit, EPI and TEN representatives discussed how to reinvigorate the accession process for the Western Balkan countries on their road to the EU.

The meetings also opened up the discussion on the position of the civil society in the EU enlargement process, the modalities for improving the new enlargement methodology, the benefits of including the Western Balkans in the Conference on the Future of Europe, as well as addressing the global issues that are of common interest to all countries.

As part of the visit, EPI organized an event with cooperation from the European Policy Centre in Brussels.
