This is the second in our regional success story series — a collection that highlights women-led civil society work across the Western Balkans and Türkiye.

Earlier this year, we asked organisations a single question:
How did you turn a challenge into change?

Over 100 organisations responded. Rather than narrowing down the voices, we created thematic flashcard collections to showcase as many stories as possible.

Women Who Lead highlights organisations working to advance women’s rights, safety, entrepreneurship, access to justice, and leadership. Each card is a story of action — brief, visual, and rooted in real community impact.
